How To Use:

• For Spot Stretching, simply insert any of the removable “Bunion & Corn”Plugs in the appropriate holes where relief is required.
• For Length & Width Stretching: (Do Not Overstretch!)
• Insert shoe stretcher into shoe with the back piece facing down. 
• Holder the back piece in place, then turn the plastic washer Clockwise until you begin to see surface pressure showing on the shoe.  
• Turn metal looped handle in a clockwise direction until you begin to see surface pressure showing on the shoe. 
• For Best Results, leave stretcher in place for at least 24 hours. To remove stretcher, turn handles Counterclockwise.
